- ➤ The Golden K Kiwanis Club of Decatur announced a January schedule with Wednesday meetings at the Salvation Army (229 W. Main Street). - ➤ Illinois has been awarded more than $193 million from the federal Rural Healthcare Transformation Program to boost access to healthcare in rural areas, although state officials say the funds may not fully offset recent Medicaid cuts. Decatur Radio
