- ➤ Country artists Joe Nichols and Rodney Atkins will perform Aug. 7 at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater in Decatur. Farm Bureau members can join a presale on March 16 at 10 a.m., with general tickets beginning March 25 at 10 a.m. (ticket prices range from $39 to $79). ABC 20

- ➤ TCCI Manufacturing opened its Clean Energy Workforce Academy Thursday at its 22nd Street facility, where Richland Community College students receive hands-on classroom training alongside TCCI professionals producing electric + hybrid vehicles. - ➤ Recent rains raised Lake Decatur's water level by over a foot since Tuesday, and city officials expect fewer mandatory water restrictions as they plan to evaluate improvements for future droughts (city water manager Robert Weil recalled similar measures after past droughts). WAND

- ➤ Illinois lawmakers are pushing new bills to improve care for menopause — one proposal would let a perimenopause course count toward bias training while another plan would ban extra insurance hurdles for approved treatments.
