- ➤ The Heart of Illinois Community Foundation is accepting nominations for the Do Something Great Awards until May 23—this annual program honors Macon County residents in seven award categories. - ➤ A Decatur woman, Currie-Willis, who was charged with murder in the robbery killing of Cameron Taylor received 30 months probation for obstruction of justice on Wednesday after prosecutors said they lacked evidence that she lured the victim to her home (her 136-day jail sentence was canceled with credit for time served).
