  • Officials reported that the FDA can block the sale of flavored e-cigarettes after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling this week. The agency argued that the products risk encouraging children to use tobacco and Sen. Dick Durbin (D) said the flavors are meant to target kids.  WAND
