- ➤ Before 2 p.m. on Saturday, sheriff’s deputies and fire officials responded to a drowning call at 115 E. Burgess Street in Oreana when three-year-old Kaseyn Clifton from Decatur left home while his mother ran errands and fell into the pool—he was taken to Decatur Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead with no charges pursued.
