- ➤ A 23-year-old Chicago man was critically injured after being struck by a 2006 GMC Envoy driven by a 69-year-old Decatur resident late Thursday on the 3400 to 3600 block of N. Martin Luther King Dr.—he had a blood alcohol level of .167 and was not wearing reflective clothing while the driver was unharmed. Fox Illinois
