- ➤ Nick Cox, owner of Coney McKane's, has opened the new event venue The Hostetler across the street in Downtown Decatur while renovations are underway. The venue, which holds up to 99 people (suitable for meetings, receptions, and other events), will first serve as a rental space with catering from Coney McKane's before expanding its services. WAND
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, the EPA issued a compliance order to ADM for a carbon sequestration well after it failed to monitor an injection zone about 5,000 feet underground and a release of carbon dioxide and brine was detected last year, though there was no threat to public health. ADM has already taken steps to follow the order — ensuring future injections are safe and properly documented. WAND
