- ➤ A suspected DUI crash on Thursday night on Decatur's west side left a 38-year-old woman dead and a man severely injured when a car hit them on the far sidewalk of W. Main Street — police arrested Issaih Flagg, whose license was already suspended, with BAC results still pending. WAND
- ➤ On August 20 at about 9:47 p.m., Decatur Police responded to a call from a residence in the 1900 block of E. Main Street and found three stabbing victims—a 38-year-old woman who later died and her children, ages 14 and 16, who were treated and released—while detectives collected video evidence and continue the investigation. - ➤ A Decatur man, Kahylil Woods, was found guilty of shooting and killing two men in March 2023 on the 500 block of East Johnson Avenue—his sentencing hearing is scheduled for early October. WAND
