CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Decatur Police arrested Issaih Flagg after his car struck two pedestrians on the 1500 block of W. Main Street around 9:49 p.m. on Thursday—one pedestrian, a 38-year-old woman, died at the scene while a 29-year-old man remains in critical condition, and Flagg now faces charges including DUI causing death and aggravated DUI offenses.
