- ➤ Richland Community College will host the fifth annual Operation Obstacle—The Race to End Veteran Suicide—at the Workforce Development Institute on September 20, where racers registering from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. will run a timed two-mile course with 15-20 obstacles.
