  • Downtown Decatur businesses will host the inaugural Fall Family Festival on Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.—the event will offer family activities on Merchant Street and an adults-only beer garden on Prairie Avenue with proceeds benefiting Huntington's Disease and the Decatur Area Arts Council. Local business owners plan the festival to become an annual event that builds on Decatur’s rich tradition of community celebrations.  ABC 20
