- ➤ Downtown Decatur businesses will host the inaugural Fall Family Festival on Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.—the event will offer family activities on Merchant Street and an adults-only beer garden on Prairie Avenue with proceeds benefiting Huntington's Disease and the Decatur Area Arts Council.
