- ➤ ADM will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new Central Milling Laboratory (705 East Eldorado St.) in Decatur on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 9:30 a.m. The lab will bake about 30 loaves daily to analyze flour performance and support 31 facilities across North America. ABC 20
