- ➤ The Decatur Park District announced its 51st Annual Turkey Trot will take place at Fairview Park on Nov. 22 with race options including a Turkey Tot Trot, 5K, 10K, and half marathon. Participants must register online by Nov. 5 to secure a long-sleeved shirt — check-in is from 7 to 8 a.m. with races starting at 8:30 a.m. for the Tot Trot and 9 a.m. for the others, and the half marathon will feature computerized results and awards for top finishers.
