- ➤ The Illinois Department of Public Health warned parents and guardians to stop using ByHeart powdered infant formula after two lots were linked to botulism symptoms in two infants. Officials noted that the recalled products (Use by Dec 1) may cause serious health effects and urged caretakers to seek alternatives immediately. WAND
- ➤ HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital will host a National Donor Sabbath Service on Friday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. in the St. Mary’s Chapel—honoring organ and tissue donors and their families. The service will include a blessing, candle lighting, and words of remembrance—inviting local donor groups to share vital information on donation. Decatur Tribune
